############################################################### ############################################################### ### ### ### Southwestern Indian Ocean Larval Dispersal Data ### ### README ### ### ### ############################################################### ############################################################### | | ############################################################### # Noam Vogt-Vincent # ############################################################### | | ###---------------------------------------------------------### # Overview # ###---------------------------------------------------------### These files contain the raw data required to predict fluxes of coral larvae between coral reef sites in the southwestern Indian Ocean, as described in the accompanying manuscript. Please use the scripts in the accompanying github repository to convert these raw data into larval fluxes, as a function of competency, mortality, and settling parameters. We carried out daily releases over the full length of the WINDS-M experiment (1993-2020), with one NetCDF (.nc) file per daily release, using the following file naming convention: WINDS_coralsim_[YEAR]_[MONTH]_DAY.nc ###---------------------------------------------------------### # Directory Structure # ###---------------------------------------------------------### WIO_coral_larval_dispersal/ ├─ 1993/ │ ├─ WINDS_coralsim_1993_1_1.nc │ │ : │ : ├─ 2020/ │ ├─ WINDS_coralsim_2020_1_1.nc │ │ : ###---------------------------------------------------------### # License: CC-BY 4.0 # ###---------------------------------------------------------### ~ Please cite the accompanying paper (TBC) if you have used ~ ~ this product in an academic publication! ~ You are free to: Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.
