An error made during migration to new media resulted in a chunk of the archive being acidentally deleted on 11th Feb 2019. 
These data are backed up on tape, but it will take some time to recover. A link to this file in a dataset directory indicates that
these data were effected. 

If there are no files in the data set then it is queued to be recovered. However, if you have a pressing requirement 
for the data then please tell us so that we can potentially reprioritise.

If there are files, but you still have problems, for instance with permissions, then please contact the help desk and we will try to resolve it.
